The Ugliest is a luxury streetwear brand, launched by East London rapper J Hus in 2020. Although the brands first drop was in 2020, J Hus can be seen rocking The Ugliest apparel in music videos as early as 2015.
The brands debut release featured socks, scarves, graphic tees, silk pajamas, and longline puffers. Prices ranged from £15 to £800, with the latter price tag causing a ruckus on social media. Despite the outcry regarding the expensive puffer jackets, all of the items quickly sold out, effectively validating the brand and cementing its spot within the UK streetwear scene.
